Director's Bio

Sean McCartney joined the Boys & Girls Club as the CPO/Executive Director in July of 2009. Sean has worked for Boys & Girls Clubs for 8 years. He is a graduate of Humboldt State University.

Among his accomplishments within Boys & Girls Clubs are building and enhancing Boys & Girls Club programming, increasing club membership, organizing and managing special events with record-breaking results, improving facilities, grant writing and administration, and fundraising.

He developed and nurtured working relationships with community and government agencies and staff that resulted in positive activities and funding opportunities for Boys & Girls Clubs.
